Do you only install IKEA kitchens?+
IKEA kitchens are one of our specialties, but we also install cabinets from other manufacturers and offer the Kitchens Assembly cabinet collection with our own door styles and finish options. How does your pricing work?+
Cabinet installation starts at $185 per cabinet. That price includes interior fittings, cover panels, and fillers, work other installers often charge as extras. The
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Home Contractors LLC is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1268063, and is licensed and insured. Documentation is available on request.
What areas of Florida do you serve?+
We primarily serve South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Common service areas include Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Aventura, Pinecrest, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding communities.
How long does an IKEA kitchen installation take?+
Most kitchens take between three and seven working days from cabinet installation through countertop and appliances, depending on size, modifications, and whether old-kitchen removal is required. We provide a realistic schedule before work begins.
Can you remove my old kitchen?+
Yes. We offer removal and disposal of existing cabinets, countertops, and fixtures, with floor and wall protection. We also coordinate utility disconnects so demolition goes smoothly.
Do I need to have everything ordered before you start?+
It is best to have cabinets, fronts, hardware, and appliances on site before installation begins. During the planning appointment, we help prepare a clean order list so missing and unnecessary parts are avoided.
Are you affiliated with IKEA?+
No. Kitchens Assembly is an independent contractor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IKEA®. We specialize in installing IKEA kitchens and have done so since 2006.
Can you handle plumbing and electrical changes for a new kitchen footprint?+
Yes. When the layout moves a sink, dishwasher, disposal, island, lighting, outlets or appliance locations, our remodeling team can include the related plumbing and electrical scope, using properly licensed trades and permits where required. Those changes are priced separately from the $13,990 same-footprint package.
