Important package terms
What may change the final price.
Qualifying layout. The $13,990 price applies to kitchens with no more than 12 cabinets and a straightforward installation. The final written scope determines eligibility.
Existing utilities. Major plumbing, electrical, gas, venting, wall, soffit or structural relocation is not included unless added in writing.
Customer appliances. Appliances are supplied by the customer and must fit the approved cabinet plan. Specialty modifications or new utility circuits may cost extra.
Additional work. Permit fees, flooring, backsplash, painting, code upgrades, mold repair and unforeseen conditions are outside the base package unless expressly included.
