When you request an estimate or planning appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, preferred date, project details, IKEA plan link, notes and files you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to review your project, contact you, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, coordinate installation services and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Form and email delivery

Website forms use a third-party form-delivery provider to send submissions to ikeakitchenassembly@gmail.com. Email providers and website hosting services may process the information as necessary to deliver the request.

Project files

Only upload plans, photos and documents relevant to your project. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information or other highly sensitive data.

Retention and access

We retain project inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, estimating, legal and business-record purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
